Instead we highlighted key facts that would be important to Sam’s next employer. This is one of the reasons it’s so important to know your target positions. Once you do, you can craft a resume that directly appeals to those people.
By the way, this also has the added advantage of turning off the people you don’t want to work for. In this case Sam wanted a fast-paced company where he could be very creative, so we made that clear in the introduction.
