  Next, you start working with your writer. We review your information. We talk to you personally. And then we get to work.

  When we’re done, you’ll have a powerful resume and job search letters, all carefully targeted to achieve your goals.

  A great resume is no longer enough. You must also be found online and we help with this too.

  After reviewing your current online presence, we create profiles on top social networking sites such as LinkedIn and ZoomInfo. And we don’t leave it there – we also give you tips on making the most of your new profiles.

• One-on-one Job Search Coaching

  A formal plan is crucial to your success. That's why The Works includes four telephone sessions with your own job search coach. We usually cover job search strategy, networking and interviewing, but you can tailor the program to meet your individual needs.

• Getting Your Resume Out There

  Finally, we figure out where to send your resume. We use databases and research tools to find contact information for:

  • Recruiters who specialize in your field
  • Target companies meeting your pre-defined criteria

  We’ll give you detailed reports, including names and contact information, so that you can conduct an effective marketing campaign.
