When hiring a marketer, employers are not looking primarily for creativity – they’re looking for results. They want you to be creative of course, but only if what you create drives revenue or profit increases.
Because Susan had great results in every one of her jobs, we were able to use this structure and place her results above the details of what she achieved. This way even a cursory glance of the resume would convey the key message: hire this woman and you’ll make more money!
