Bill had a very strong record of success, which allowed us to use this resume structure.
After a quick job description for each position, we used a bolded ‘impact’ statement to highlight key results. This makes it easy for potential employers to see what Bill has accomplished, even on that all-important first quick “skim-read.”
If recruiters read in more depth they will learn the details of his successes, but such an in-depth reading isn’t essential and that’s the sign of a really high-impact resume.
