Our goal for Erin was to show the depth and breadth of her background, so that potential employers and headhunters could quickly see the types of roles she could handle.
Erin was not interested in a status quo position. She wanted to work in a turnaround or growth situation where she could really make an impact.
This goal impacted what we presented and the way we presented it. Note how the introduction gives a sense of someone who is always moving and is very comfortable leading change. Definitely not a person who wants to just keep things the way they are.
