Mona’s original resume was simply a listing of the productions she had worked on. This is a common mistake for artists and animators, who imagine that everyone will know their work.
Never assume! You have to tell people what you’ve achieved because, even if they have heard of your game or movie, they may not know how well-received it was or what awards it won. And they certainly won’t know about your individual contributions.
Mona’s new resume clearly showed her accomplishments. To focus attention on them, we used a ‘professional highlights’ section along with a quote from a famous production executive (name changed here).
