Gillian sent us some reference letters along with her completed Explorer questionnaire. One of them contained the line “If Gillian Gilbert walks into your office looking for a job, hire her on the spot.”

We made this the sub-header of her resume because it’s so powerful. Quotes like this are always better than claims you make about yourself – but only if you can include the name and position of the person quoted, so that people can check for themselves that the person actually exists (don’t check this guy – we made the name up when we disguised the resume!)
